Abstract:
Ekonomik, sosyal ve politik boyutu ile çevre kirliliği konusu her geçen gün daha da tartışılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Disiplinler arası niteliği ile yapılan tüm yorum ve incelemelerde çevre konusu gerek sebep gerekse sonuçları ile ifade edilmektedir. Dünya ekonomisinin sanayi devrimi sonrası kazandığı inanılmaz ivme ve gelinen bugünkü noktada bilgi çağının sunduğu hizmetler, ekonomik büyümenin hem gezegenimiz hem de içinde yaşayan bireyler açısından çok ciddi faturaları olduğunu göstermiştir. Çevre sorunlarının küresel boyutu çözümün de global düzeyde olmasını kaçınılmaz kılmaktadır. Son yıllara kadar sadece sürdürülebilir kalkınma olarak ifade edilen doğa üzerinde yıkıcı tahribata sebep olmayan büyüme / kalkınma hedefleri bugün yeterli görülmemektedir. Akıllı büyüme, yeşil büyüme ve kapsayıcı büyüme kavramları artık sürdürülebilir büyüme kavramına eşlik etmektedir. Sadece ekonomik krizler değil geleceğin olası ekolojik krizleri çevrenin korunmasına yönelik mali tedbirlerde uluslar arası uyum ve işbirliğini gelecek vizyonunda ortak kararlar ve uygulamalar üretmek konusunda zorunlu kılmaktadır. In economic, social and political aspects of the environmental pollution has become an issue discussed further with each passing day. All comments and observations made with the interdisciplinary nature of both the causes and consequences of the environment is stated. The amazing momentum which the economy has reached after the industrial revolution and the services information age provides has shown that economic growth causes a very serious price to pay for both the planet and the individuals living within the planet. Global proportion of the environmental problems makes it inevitable that the solution has to be global as well. Up until recent years, growth/development targets which has destructive damage on nature and only referred as sustainable development, are not regarded sufficient today. The concepts of smart growth and green growth are now associated with the concept of sustainable growth. Not only the economical crisis but also the future possible ecological crises makes international harmony and cooperation in the future vision of fiscal measures compulsory to produce mutual decisions and practices in order to protect the environment.
