Ebeveyn katılımı tutum ölçeği'nin Türkiye'deki geçerlik güvenirlik çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: "Ebeveyn Katılımı Tutum Ölçeği'ni (Parent Participation Attitude Scale-PPAS) Türkçe' ye uyarlamaktır. Yöntem: Metodolojik bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada ölçek sahibinden ve kurumdan yazılı izin ve etik kurul onayı alınmıştır. Araştırma örneklemini, iki devlet hastanesi ve iki üniversite hastanesinde çalışan toplam 277 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Seidl ve Pillitteri(1967) tarafından geliştirilen, 1990 yılında Gill tarafından revize edilen Ebeveyn Katılımı Tutum Ölçeği Türkçe' ye uyarlanmıştır. Ölçek 24 maddeden oluşmakta, Likert tipi 1-5 arasında değerlendirilmektedir. Ölçekte 13 soru ters yönlüdür. Ölçeğin orjinalinde iç tutarlık güvenirlik katsayısı 0.74'tür. Bulgular: Ölçeğin dil geçerliğinde, dört uzman tarafından İngilizce'ye çevirisi ve dört uzman tarafından da Türkçe'ye geri çevirisi yapılmıştır. İçerik geçerliği için 10 uzmandan görüş alınmış, yapılan analizde uzman puanlarının uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür (KW=0.116, p=0.26). İç tutarlık güvenirlik katsayısı, toplam ölçek için 0.67'dir. Madde analizi sonucu madde-toplam puan korelasyon katsayıları -0.10- 0.53 arasında ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p=0.000). Ölçeğin tüm maddelerinin katıldığı test tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı r=0,98 bulunmuştur. Sonuç ve Öneriler: Ölçek Türkiye' de kullanmak için güvenilir bulunmuştur. Bu ölçeğin (PPAS) farklı sağlık profesyonellerine uygulanması ve bu gruplardaki geçerlik ve güvenirliğin incelenmesi önerilmiştir. Method: This is a methodological study. Written consent was obtained from the owner of the scale and the institution with also approval of the concerned ethics committee. The study sample was composed of 277 nurses who working public hospital and university hospital. Parent Paticipation Attitude Scale developed by Seidl ve Pillitteri(1967) and revised by Gill in 1990 was translated into Turkish. The scale is consisted of 24 items which are assessed by a Likert type 1-5 rating scale. The thirteen items are negative items in scale. The internal consistency coefficient of the original scale is 0.74. Results: The scale was translated into English by four specialists and re-translated into Turkish by four specialists for the language validity. For the content validity, opinions of 10 experts were obtained and following an analysis, the scores of the experts were found to be consistent with each other (KW=0.116, p=0.26). The internal consistency reliability coefficient was 0.67 for the total scale. As a result of the item analysis, the item-total score correlation coefficients were found to be statistically significant ranging between -0.10-0.53 (p Conclusion and suggestions: The scale was found reliability to use in Turkiye. This scale (PPAS) should be applied and evaluated which is reliability and validity to different health professionals.
