Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye turizmine olan uluslararası talebin gelir ve talep esnekliklerine ilişkin ampirik bulgular sunmaktır. Çalışmada Arellano – Bond dinamik panel tahmin yöntemi kullanılarak, Türkiye'den en fazla turizm hizmeti talep eden ve toplamda Türkiye'yi ziyaret eden turist sayısının %80'inden fazlasını oluşturan 20 ülke incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular Türk turizminde kulaktan kulağa pazarlama faaliyetlerinin önemli etkisi olduğunu işaret etmektedir (repütasyon etkisi). Ayrıca, hem gelir hem de fiyat esneklikleri kısa vadede oldukça düşük olduğu, gelir esnekliği uzun vadede artarken, talep esnekliğinin düşük kaldığı gözlenmiştir. Tourism has been one of the promising industries of Turkish economy with its huge potential for generating foreign exchange, improving balance of payment, and providing employment opportunities. This research aims to present empirical evidence on income and demand elasticities of international tourism demand for Turkey. Arellano – Bond Dynamic panel estimation procedure is employed to estimate demand function of Turkish tourism by considering 20 major clients, accounting for more than 80% of tourism inflows. Empirical findings suggest that there exists important word of mouth effect. Çalışma iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda, odak grubu çalışmaları ve mülakatlar sonucunda örtük liderlik teorileri ile ilgili ifadeler elde edilmiştir. İkinci kısım, bu ifadeleri içeren anketin, tam zamanlı çalışan MBA öğrencilerinden oluşan iki ayrı örneklem grubuna uygulanmasına yöneliktir. Çalışmanın sonuçları , üç ayrı faktör grubunun varlığına işaret etmektedir. Tartışma ve sonuç kısımlarında ilgili faktörler ve uygulamaları ele alınmaktadır. This study is an attempt to develop and test a scale in Implicit Leadership Theories (ILTs) in the context of MBA students. The study is composed of two steps. The first steps involves two seperate focus groups where statements related to ILTs are developed. In the second step, these statements are tested with surveys to two different sample sets who are full time working MBA students. Results confirm the existence of three factors in ILTs. Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren iki üniversite hastanesinde çalışanlardan oluşan örneklemden anket yöntemiyle veri toplanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; dağıtım adaleti, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşim adaleti ile önemsiz sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde dağıtım adaleti ile ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğu da araştırma bulguları arasında yer almaktadır. Diğer yandan, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşim adaleti ile ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı ortaya konmuştur. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; dağıtım adaletinin hem önemsiz, hem de ciddi sanal kaytarma faaliyetlerini negatif yönlü etkilediği saptanmıştır. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and serious and minor cyber-loafing. The sample consists of employees working in two university hospitals in Konya. The findings of the research indicated that there was a negative relationship between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and minor cyber-loafing. Likewise, there was a negative relationship between distributive justice and serious cyber-loafing. On the other hand; no significant relationship was found out between procedural justice, interactional justice and serious cyber-loafing. According to the results of the regression analysis, distributive justice had a negative effect on both serious and minor cyber-loafing. 2012-01-01T00:00:00Z
